1. Start under the arch.
Lay the wrap flat. Place its central support under your foot, keeping the heel in the opening.
2. Cross and fasten.
Bring one strap around the ankle. Cross the other over it, then press the fastening tabs flat.
3. Check your comfort.
Take a few gentle steps. Readjust if it feels too tight or the heel shifts out of position.

The straps should fasten securely, your heel should remain in position and your foot should feel comfortable. Fit varies. Loosen or remove the wrap if it causes numbness, tingling, pinching or a change in skin color.
Can I wear it inside shoes? ＋
