1. About DHACTIVE

These Terms of Service govern your use of dhactive.com and purchases made through the site. DHACTIVE is the trading name of SHADOWAXIS TECHNOLOGY LIMITED, a company registered in Hong Kong SAR, China under company registration number 79979707. Our registered office is 300 Lockhart Road, Wan Chai, Hong Kong SAR, China. Our operational office is Unit C311, Software New Cloud Valley, Yanta District, Xi'an, Shaanxi, China.

In these Terms, "DHACTIVE," "we," "us," and "our" refer to SHADOWAXIS TECHNOLOGY LIMITED trading as DHACTIVE.

2. Eligibility and use of the site

You may use the site only for lawful personal and consumer purposes. You must provide accurate, current information when placing an order. You must not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use our content or services for unlawful, fraudulent, or commercial resale purposes without our written permission.

3. Product information

We aim to present product descriptions, images, pricing, and availability accurately. Product features, material composition, dimensions, colors, and care instructions can vary by item. Please read the relevant product page before purchase. Images are illustrative and device settings or production batches can create minor differences.

Our products are consumer goods and are not presented as medical devices or a substitute for professional medical advice. We do not make medical, therapeutic, antibacterial, environmental, or performance claims unless they are specifically supported by reliable product documentation. If you have a health-related question, consult a qualified professional.

4. Prices, payment, and order acceptance

Prices and available payment methods are shown at checkout. Payment is processed by Shopify Payments, PayPal, or another payment method displayed at checkout. We do not store complete payment-card information.

Submitting an order is an offer to buy. We accept the order when we send a dispatch confirmation or otherwise confirm acceptance. We may decline or cancel an order before dispatch where reasonably necessary, for example because of a pricing or availability error, suspected fraud, payment authorization failure, or a legal restriction. If we cancel an accepted order before dispatch, we will notify you and issue a refund for the unshipped amount.

5. Shipping and delivery

Our Shipping and Delivery Policy forms part of these Terms. We process orders within 1 to 2 business days and standard delivery generally takes 10 to 15 business days after dispatch. We remain responsible for providing an appropriate resolution if a package is lost, damaged, materially delayed, or otherwise not delivered as agreed, subject to applicable law and reasonable verification.

6. Cancellations, returns, and refunds

Our Returns and Refunds Policy forms part of these Terms. It explains the 60-day return window, the process for cancellations, return shipping, refund timing, and remedies for damaged, defective, incorrect, lost, or materially delayed orders. Nothing in these Terms limits a refund, cancellation, or other consumer right that cannot lawfully be limited.

7. Promotions and discount codes

Promotions and discount codes are subject to the terms stated with the offer. Unless stated otherwise, they cannot be combined, exchanged for cash, applied retrospectively, or transferred. We may correct an obvious error in a promotion and may end a promotion where permitted by law.

8. Intellectual property and user content

The DHACTIVE name, logos, site design, product descriptions, photographs, and other site content are owned by us or used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially use them without our prior written permission, except where law allows.

If you submit a review, image, or other content, you confirm that you have the right to submit it and that it is not unlawful, misleading, infringing, or abusive. You grant us a non-exclusive right to use that content to operate, promote, and improve our services, subject to applicable law and our Privacy Policy.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses that were not reasonably foreseeable. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including mandatory consumer protection rights.

10. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Your Privacy Choices explain how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information.

11. Governing law and changes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR, China, without limiting any mandatory consumer protection rights that apply where you live. Any dispute may be submitted to the courts with jurisdiction under applicable law. We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date of the current version appears at the top of this page.
