DHACTIVE respects privacy choices. Depending on where you live and the law that applies, you may be able to ask us to access, correct, delete, or explain how we use your personal information. You may also be able to opt out of certain targeted advertising, sharing, or sale activities.
How to make a privacy request
Email support@dhactive.com with the subject line "Privacy Request." Please include:
- your full name and the email address used with DHACTIVE;
- your country and, if applicable, state or province of residence;
- the request you want to make, such as access, correction, deletion, or opt-out; and
- any details that will help us locate the relevant information.
We may ask for information to verify your identity and authority before responding. We will respond within the time required by applicable law.
Marketing and advertising choices
- Email marketing: select the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any marketing email.
- Targeted advertising: email us using the method above to request that we stop using your information for targeted advertising where applicable.

California residents
If the California Consumer Privacy Act or another applicable U.S. state privacy law applies, you may have rights to know, delete, correct, opt out of sale or sharing, limit certain sensitive-information uses, and receive equal service for exercising a privacy right. DHACTIVE does not sell personal information for money. We may disclose advertising-cookie and event data to advertising partners, which can be treated as sharing or targeted advertising under some laws. Use the request method above to opt out where applicable.
Canada and Australia
Customers in Canada and Australia may ask questions or make a privacy request using the same contact method. We will handle requests in accordance with applicable privacy law, including relevant access and correction rights.
