The upright section adds a padded contact surface behind your lower back. The seat section cushions beneath you, so the two surfaces meet where you sit.
The back height matters: this is a lower-back cushion, not a full-height chair back. Compare the dimensions with the area you want supported.

Can I use this for both office work and driving?
Yes, where the cushion fits the seat securely. At a desk, adjust your chair height so your feet and arms rest comfortably. In a vehicle, check the fit while parked and make sure seat belts, controls and safety features remain unobstructed.
Is this one piece or a separate seat pad and lumbar pillow?
It is one integrated cushion. The seat and upright back section are joined, so you position and move them together.
How firm does it feel?
It has memory-foam cushioning and a contoured shape. The feel varies with your body, the chair beneath it and temperature. Comfort is personal, so dimensions and placement matter.
Can I wash the whole cushion?
The outer cover is removable for cleaning. Follow the supplied care label for the permitted washing method. Do not machine-wash the foam core.
Can the two cushions be different colors or editions?
Yes. Choose “Two to share,” then select the edition and color of each cushion separately. You can choose two classics, a classic and a Christmas print, or two Christmas prints. The subtotal reflects the selected items.
What is different about the Christmas edition?
The printed design. Each Christmas option costs $5 USD more than a classic color. The integrated shape is the same. No gift box is included, and holiday delivery dates should be checked before ordering.
Does it treat a medical condition?
This is a seating comfort accessory, not a treatment for a medical condition. Keep taking movement breaks and seek appropriate advice for persistent or severe pain.
How do returns work?
