Lay the wrap flat. Place its central support under your foot, keeping the heel in the opening.
2. Cross and fasten.
Bring one strap around the ankle. Cross the other over it, then press the fastening tabs flat.
3. Check your comfort.
Take a few gentle steps. Readjust if it feels too tight or the heel shifts out of position.
